After my information is verified, how long will it take to be removed from the database?
We make every effort to update the database daily. However, please allow up to 48 business hours for your information to be removed.

No, your family's personal information will never be shared with other families. We are committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all individuals in our database.
Can I access the database myself?
The database is primarily intended for use by child care providers. However, families can chat with a live agent to find out if they’ve been reported and, if applicable, receive the contact information for the facility that submitted the report.
How does paying off my copay balance affect the database?
Once you pay off your balance and provide supporting documentation, the facility can update the database to reflect that your account is in good standing. This helps maintain accurate records and prevents issues with future child care providers.
What should I do if I’ve been incorrectly reported as in default?
If you believe your family has been reported incorrectly, please contact the facility directly to resolve the issue.
What is the copay alert database, and how does it affect me?
The Copay Alert database is a resource designed to assist child care providers. If you have unpaid balances with a child care facility, this information may be reported to the database and shared with other providers.
